During Auction Fulfillment they are your Event Supervisor involved in the following: * Venue Overall Set-up - With emphasis on smooth flow for all activities * Registration & Volunteer Training - Efficiently process your Guests into your event * Administration - Implement proven tracking system & train volunteers on use * Silent Auction Display - Will advise you on best methods to showcase items * Silent Auction Closing - Training of closing teams & administration archiving * Added Revenue Enhancers - Make sure all fundraising activities handled properly * Live Auction Display - Can involve advising on digital imaging and music * Dining Table Arrangement and Seating - All in attendance need good view * Catering Timeline - Essential this be orchestrated in concert with Live Auction * Live Auction Recording - Train & monitor Recording team to ensure accuracy * Check-Out & Volunteer Training - Your Guests' last impression must be positive * Post Auction Debrief Report - Provide summary of your event for future reference
